Some modern inventions have indeed emerged many centuries or even millennia ago. The assertion that all ancient people were primitive, is a blatant injustice.
Prosthetics and plastic surgery, 3000 BC

The Greek philosopher Plato used a water clock that can beep to remind him that it was time to begin his lectures. In Ancient Rome and the middle East were developed by the water alarm.
Vending machine, 1st century ad.
Nowadays vending machines can sell anything from toys to freshly baked pizza. During the time of Heron you could only buy Holy water to wash the hands in temples. After making the coin device, it will actuate a mechanism that gave some of the water from the reservoir to the client.
Odometer, 1st century ad
Architect Siracusa was invented a tool to measure the distance traveled by the vehicle or. First the odometer was similar to a set of small wheels with numbers on them which showed the distance travelled as you move the vehicle.
Computer, 100 BC
A lot of the Antikythera mechanism is considered “ancient computer” because this device can track the movement of heavenly bodies and predict solar and lunar eclipses. It was also used to calculate the start date of the Olympic games.
